1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 365 baji platform and all services under it. By accessing services through the 365 baji website, mobile app, or any other channel, the user is considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall take precedence, as this platform is operated primarily for users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Definition of Services

"Services" refers to the online casino, sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual casino, Aviator, and other gaming facilities provided by 365 baji. These services are operated for entertainment purposes only.

1.2 Validity of Agreement

These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and 365 baji. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform's services.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on 365 baji and use the services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, at the same address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending rewards being cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 365 baji are secured with full SSL encryption. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through mobile financial services and banking channels available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly Deposit Festival: Bonus up to 30% of deposit, maximum ৳5,000; wagering 18 times; minimum deposit ৳500.
• 365 baji Cricket Dhamaka: Bonus up to 50% of deposit, maximum ৳8,000; wagering 20 times; minimum deposit ৳500.
• Friday Special Reward: Bonus up to 40% of deposit, maximum ৳6,000; wagering 15 times; minimum deposit ৳500.
• Birthday Gift: Maximum reward of ৳1,500; wagering 10 times; available once a year to verified account holders.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: Maximum reward of ৳2,000; wagering 12 times; applies for each successful referral.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Terms

• A bonus is a reward — it cannot be converted directly to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• 365 baji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or markets specified in the promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Terms

The following general rules apply to both sports betting and casino games on 365 baji.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless 365 baji cancels it due to a specific technical error.
• 365 baji's decision in determining match or event results shall be considered final.
• 365 baji reserves the right to void any bet where there is an obvious error in the published odds or market.
• When combining three selections in a multi-bet, the decimal odds are multiplied together: for example, 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.70 = 3.57 (approximately), meaning a ৳100 bet returns ৳357 if all three selections win — but if any one loses, the entire ৳100 is lost.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

Game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and verified by the respective game provider's own system (e.g. Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution). If you have a dispute about a game result, contact live chat and provide the game round ID along with full details.

6.3 VIP and Cashback

Based on regular play, users can advance through five VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365 baji platform. Engaging in these activities will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Misusing bonus offers or creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transferring illegal funds.
• Sharing or selling account credentials to others.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Creating or operating an account using fake identification or false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by 365 baji

365 baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• By order of a court or relevant authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

A user may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed; however, the balance may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

365 baji strives to ensure the highest quality of service. However, 365 baji will not be liable in the following cases:

• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, internet disconnection, or the user's device.

12.2 Partial Invalidity of Terms

These terms, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between 365 baji and the user. No prior oral or written discussions shall take precedence over this agreement.
